Does anybody read these addendums? Not sure why I felt compelled to start doing this a few months ago, but apparently I'm continuing. My perceived highlights on this week's program: A very atypical song from The Replacements, Manfred Mann's Earth Band covering a Robbie Robertson song that, best to my knowledge, The Band never recorded, Elton's original recording of "Madman Across the Water" (with Mick Ronson on guitar), and a choice Rascals cut from the '60s revisited in the early '90s by Donald Fagen and Eddie Brigati. Oh, and Firesign Theater and Monty Python are ALWAYS highlights, at least in my corner of the world.
